Producing Artistic Director Michael Gray directs December’s Gypsy — and promises a dark, edgy take on the popular musical by Jule Styne, Stephen Sondheim and Arthur Laurents. CTC’s revamp features a small cast playing multiple roles on an intimate set with cabaret-style seating. Be warned, this isn’t your mama’s Gypsy!

Music direction by Joe Trainor. Choreography by Dawn Morningstar. Set and lighting design by Vicki Neal and Richard Kendrick.

CTC gets fresh this May with the hit The Bomb-itty of Errors, by Jordan Allen-Dutton, Jason Catalano, GQ, and Erik Weiner, and music by J.A.Q. This fast-paced and energetic “add-rap-tation” plunks William Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors into the hip-hop haven of…..upstate New York. Pump up the volume as we rock the mic and make the moves like a beat-box Bard. Word.
